Our Giving Back Philosophy

As a company we believe that life should be lived out, not in. Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS shoes puts it like this, “Increasingly, the quest for success is not the same as the quest for status and money.” At some point all of us must decide what our life is about. At Urbaneve we choose to believe that life is about the mark we leave on the people around us and how far the ripple of hope we have started can go. We are passionate about “giving back” both locally and globally to the point that it is a personal measure of our success. Success as individuals or as a company can only be reached if we intentionally chase after the means to success. They are: find your story; face your fears; be resourceful without resources; keep it simple; build trust; and realize that giving is good business. We all get a life, but having a meaningful life is a choice.
