Currently working on: Building my clientele. I just moved back to Lake Jackson from Houston, so I kinda had to start all over with building.

Spends free time: Outdoors. I love fishing, or BBQing, or sitting by a pool during the summer.

When did you know you wanted to do hair?

Ever since I was in middle school I saw a natural talent in me. I always did other people's hair and make-up for dances, prom, talent shows, etc.

How would you describe your approach to doing hair color?

Well, you have to look at personality, how trendy or modest the person is. The color of the eyes & skin tone also.

What inspires your creativity?

It doesn't always have to be pictures from magazines or celebrities. I can be inspired by other things out of the ordinary. Like a spiral staircase, or an umbrella. I've even been inspired by a beautiful rock fish in California when I was fishing.

What advice would you give to someone considering coloring their hair for the first time?

Well, I am a huge fan of change. I think it is a great self-confidence booster. If the guest doesn't like change, its always great to create shine or add texture.

How do you customize a hair color service for each and every client?

I love to experiment with different colors and making them feel individual. I don't want all my clients to look the same.

What celebrity always has great hair?

Depends on what you mean by great. I love all of the Victoria Secret models hair - how it's long & thick. But let's face it - they have extensions! I also love Posh's hair. Trendy and fun.

What's your approach to returning hair color clients?

I seriously don't mind doing the same thing every time if that is what the guest wants. But I love a great change!

Describe your personal style:

I would say I'm different. I like to be trendy and fun, but the same time I like to be classy and elegant.
